GAI’s Response to COVID-19

GAI’s Response to COVID-19

GAI is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in our service areas and around the world. We are committed to remaining flexible and responsive during this evolving situation and are taking positive action to help guard the health of our staff and community while maintaining the high level of service that our clients and partners depend upon.

  • Our operations are continuing uninterrupted; GAI employs skilled professionals around the U.S. who can assist with a range of projects as needed.
  • GAI is working to maintain staff and client health by following and promoting recommendations associated with COVID-19 provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Department of State, and other organizations.
  • The majority of GAI employees can work remotely to support client needs and meet project deadlines; we encourage staff and clients to utilize GAI’s electronic meeting technology whenever possible.
  • We maintain an account with a nationwide printing service that can produce and deliver printed materials should our in-house capabilities become impacted.
  • GAI has suspended business-related international travel, non-essential domestic business travel, and has enacted guidelines for monitoring staff who may have had contact with persons visiting affected areas.
  • GAI Project Managers will work with clients to identify essential business-related travel; essential travel will be conducted in the safest manner possible.
  • Contact GAI President Tony Morrocco at 412.476.2000 or with general questions about our COVID-19 mitigation plan and policies.

The situation in the U.S. and around the world is developing day by day, and it is important that we act responsibly—individually and collectively—in order to protect ourselves and our greater community. GAI is committed to working with our clients to achieve our common goals in the safest manner possible.

GAI is here for you—and we encourage our clients to reach out to their dedicated GAI contacts to bring our shared goals to fruition during this challenging time.
