Eric Wooley, PE Joins GAI Consultants, Strengthens Southeast Transportation Group

Eric WooleyOrlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Eric Wooley, PE has joined the firm’s growing Southeast Transportation Group as Assistant Engineering Director. Bringing more than 24 years of roadway design experience across multiple Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) districts, Mr. Wooley serves GAI’s new and existing clients from the firm’s Orlando office.

  • With offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Palm Beach Gardens, and Tampa, GAI builds on a more than 30-year commitment to Florida through enhanced service offerings and strategic hires.
  • Eric specializes in limited-access and arterial design, and has worked on notable projects such as the I-95 & Viera Boulevard Diverging Diamond Interchange in FDOT District 5; six-laning and rigid pavement conversion of I-4 in Volusia County for FDOT D5; six-laning of SR 15-600 in Seminole County for FDOT D5; reconstruction and four-laning of SR 20 in Putnam County for FDOT D2; six/eight-laning of I-75 in Collier and Lee Counties for FDOT D1; and reconstruction of the I-75/SR 64 Interchange in Manatee County for FDOT District 1.
  • Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
