Paul ScanlonJacksonville, FL—Bringing 38 years of railroad and transportation industry experience, Paul Scanlon joins GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) as Senior Train Control Systems Manager. Mr. Scanlon brings prior transit experience that significantly bolsters GAI’s existing Train Control group. In previous roles, Paul has functioned in this capacity serving clients such as the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, New Jersey Transit, All Aboard Florida, SunRail, Florida Department of Transportation, Federal Rail Administration, Sound Transit, and Washington Department of Transportation.
