GAI Consultants Extends Train Control Group to Florida—Firm Adds Experienced Professional to Jacksonville Office (Matthew S. Howard)

Jacksonville, FL — National Engineering, Environmental, Planning, and Economic Consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) welcomes Senior Signaling Manager Matthew S. Howard to the company’s Train Control Systems Group. Mr. Howard will play a key role on GAI’s team for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Green Line Extension project for the Joint Venture of White, Skanska, Kiewit.
