Amy FavretPittsburgh, PA—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Amy Favret, MA, RPA has joined the firm as a Cultural Resources Manager. Ms. Favret will tap her experience in cultural resource management services to serve GAI’s new and existing clients.

Highlights/Key Facts

  • Amy is a registered Professional Archaeologist in 18 states, she is qualified to excavate burials in Wisconsin, and is a qualified Skeletal Analyst in Indiana and Wisconsin.
  • She has extensive experience with prehistoric and historic cemetery delineation, excavation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Her experience also includes coordination with local, state, and federal agencies and consulting parties involved with NEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and other related cultural resource laws and regulations.
  • Amy is a member of the Society for American Archaeology, Kentucky Organization of Professional Archaeologists, and Indiana Archaeology Council.
  • She holds a master’s degree in anthropology from Ball State University as well as a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and geology from Northern Kentucky University.
