Shannon KillionNational Engineering Firm Bolsters Midwest Infrastructure Group

Indianapolis, IN—Shannon Killion, PE, ENV SP joins GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) as Assistant Engineering Manager to expand the firm’s Midwest infrastructure group. In this role, Ms. Killion serves GAI’s new and existing clients from the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Highlights/Key Facts

  • Shannon brings more than seven years of drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater engineering experience with a focus on wastewater collection systems, wastewater treatment plant design, and combined sewer overflow (CSO) mitigation.
  • She has experience taking projects from design conception and alternative analysis, to design and permitting, through construction.
  • Shannon holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in biological systems engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
  • She is a registered professional engineer in Indiana, as well as an Envision Sustainability Professional.
  • Shannon has been involved with the American Council of Engineering Companies of Indiana, the Indiana American Water Works Association, the Indiana Water Environment Association, and is on the Walker Career Center Project Lead the Way Advisory Board.
