GAI Recognizes Steven McDonald for Professional Achievement

Orlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) recognizes Senior Economist and valuation expert Steven McDonald, CVA for his significant achievement in earning the Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts™ (NACVA®). As part of GAI’s Community Solutions Group, Mr. McDonald has provided economic analysis for initiatives such as the University of Central Florida Downtown Campus Economic and Fiscal Impacts, Turks and Caicos Islands Economic Impacts, and multiple utility rate cases and valuation services. This new credential will allow Mr. McDonald to build on his 25 years of experience serving the needs of communities, utilities, and private sector clients.

  • The CVA designation is the only valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
