About Patrick Panza:

  • An Assistant Planning Manager working in GAI’s Orlando office, Patrick helps lead the firm’s Urban Analytics practice within its Community Solutions Group (CSG).
  • Patrick has been involved in several complex community projects such as the OBTNext Master Plan and Central Florida Regional Affordable Housing Initiative, both of which received awardsfrom the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association.
  • Patrick serves as an adjunct professor within the nationally accredited Master of Urban and Regional Planning program at the UCF College of Community Innovation and Education.
  • Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in urban and regional planningfrom the University of Central Florida (UCF); he is also accredited with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
  • He also serves as a board member for numerous local organizations including the Orlando Downtown Development Appearance Review Board, the UCF Master of Urban and Regional Planning Advisory Board, the Orlando Bike Coalition, and Bike/Walk Central Florida.
