Senior Transportation Technical Leader

Ali Noorollahi, PE specializes in the structural analysis and preparation of plans for bridges (reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, structural steel), as well as the analysis and rating of existing bridges. With more than 3 decades of experience, Ali has designed and analyzed transportation structures including cast-in-place retaining walls, anchored sheet pile walls, under cut walls, and sign structures. Ali is skilled in complex bridge and structure engineering and design, design-build engineering, and construction engineering and inspection. He is also proficient in a variety of software packages, including STAAD-Pro, DESCUSI, CONSPAN, RCPier, MDX, Shoring Suite, and Florida Department of Transportation software.

Ali holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF), and was an adjunct faculty member at UCF teaching Statics and Steel Design for more than 10 years. He is currently an adjunct faculty at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University teaching Bridge Design.
