Office leader of GAI’s Southpointe, PA location, Patrick Gallagher specializes in residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, and brownfield infrastructure projects including designing roadways, earthworks, sanitary and storm sewers, waterlines, and utilities, public presentations, and local, state, and federal permits. He has extensive experience in preparing preliminary and final subdivision plans for presentation to municipal and public agencies for approval. Pat has overseen as well as designed horizontal locations and vertical elevations for local, collector, arterial, and highway roadway projects. He has also prepared stormwater management plan reports, Erosion and Sedimentation (E&S) Control Plans, and permits for E&S control, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, general BDWM-GP permits, Chapter 105/404 joint permits, sewage facilities planning modules, and highway occupancy permits.

Pat is associated with many professional organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association. He has served on several boards including the Cannon McMillian Horizon Foundation–Cannon McMillian School District, the Penn Commercial Technical School Advisory Board, the Washington and Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, and served as the Past Chairman of Mount Pleasant Township Municipal Authority.
