Scott has extensive experience delivering complex interstate/interchange and large-corridor projects as well as experience guiding design teams focused on design criteria, quality, traffic control plans (TCP), and constructability. He has a broad range of experience on a wide variety of project development and environment (PD&E) and design projects for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE), city and county governments, and private developers.
