Pittsburgh, PA—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Stephen Boylan, PE, Vice President, and David Bevilacqua, Senior Vice President, have been named members of the firm’s Board of Directors, while Kathleen Leo, PE, Vice President, and Robert Pfordresher, CPA, Senior Vice President/CFO, have been named Ex-Officio members. In addition, 47 GAI staff members have been promoted to positions ranging from Associate to Vice President.

In addition to being named to the firm’s Board of Directors, David Bevilacqua has been promoted to Senior Vice President. David serves as Power Business Unit Director with 21 years of experience specializing in engineering, program and project management, operations management, and power plant and power systems operations and management.
