As we wrap up an exciting 2025 and prepare for a great start to 2026, I want to wish you Happy Holidays and express my sincere gratitude to our clients, staff, and partners for helping GAI achieve another year of strong performance and growth.

Introducing a new cohort of company officers and associates—team members driving the growth of our professional staff, our service to clients, and our financial success through their work in technical operations and corporate roles.
Growing our footprint to better serve our clients with new offices in Arizona, Ohio, and Texas and staff strategically located in Colorado, California, and other regional markets across the U.S.
Working closely with the new GAI Business Sectors Creighton Manning and Eland Engineering, expanding our capacity to deliver expertise to a growing range of Power & Energy and Transportation & Infrastructure clients while creating new opportunities for our team.
Establishing a formal internship program, providing hands-on experience to more than 30 future engineers under the mentorship of seasoned GAI professionals.
Celebrating our team’s milestones and accomplishments, including work anniversaries, career progressions, and published industry insights, as well as the 69 GAI professionals who earned certifications as engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and geologists.
Fostering staff-driven support for a range of charitable entities through donations and volunteer work and continuing our support for our corporate charity of choice Building Homes for Heroes.
