Charles specializes in protection and controls (P&C) engineering for substations. He brings extensive experience in managing large engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and overseeing both P&C and physical design for substation facilities.

Charles’s expertise includes relay protection and control systems, SCADA, and substation physical layout design. Over the course of his career, Charles has served as a group manager, technical leader, project manager, and substation engineer.

Charles is a Professional Engineer registered in Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Michigan. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
