He specializes in multidiscipline project management, civil site design, permitting, conceptual and construction level design of coal combustion residuals (CCR) landfills, erosion and sediment control (E&SC) plans, stormwater management (SWM) plans, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) applications, conceptual and construction level cost estimates, construction quality control (CQC) and Owner’s Engineer support, and more. Kevin has worked on projects in the states of Pennsylvania, Kentucky, New York, and West Virginia.
