Senior Environmental Manager

In her role at GAI, Kimberly Punchar draws on 3 decades of experience to support client projects with expertise in a range of environmental management and compliance services. Over an extensive environmental consulting career, Kimberly has built a strong background in project management, regulatory compliance and permitting, site characterization, landfill investigation and post-closure monitoring, stormwater management, spill prevention control and countermeasure plan development, spill investigation/cleanup/closure, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, and more. Her contributions have supported clients that include large industrial facilities, state agencies, local towns and counties, and individual private residents.

Kimberly holds a BS in Environmental Science from Marist College. Among her certifications and licenses, Kimberly has Wetland Delineation Program certification from Rutgers University, is a certified Erosion & Sedimentation Control Inspector, and is a licensed New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Wildlife Rehabilitator.
