In his role as Director of Client Development, Matt manages GAI’s relationship with a range of infrastructure clients while helping support GAI’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. He is an environmental and civil engineer with more than 3 decades of experience in engineering and project management on a range of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects for municipal and aviation clients. Matt’s experience spans investigations and studies, design, bid document preparation, bid services, construction administration and inspection services, resident engineering services, operation and maintenance, permitting, and more.

Matt holds a BS in environmental engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, the Pennsylvania American Water Works Association, Southwestern Pennsylvania Engineering Outreach, and the Engineer’s Society of Western Pennsylvania. Matt is a member of Airports Council International – North America, where he participates in the Water Quality Working Group. He currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the March of Dimes, Western PA, Transportation Building & Construction Awards.
