In his role as project manager with the Structural Design Group of Creighton Manning, a GAI Company, Tim is responsible for the design of new bridges, bridge rehabilitations, construction engineering, contractor support services, and preparation of design reports.

Experienced in working with a variety of public and private clients, Tim leverages a substantial background in construction, bridge inspection, drafting, client coordination, calculation preparation, permitting, materials testing, and more to support a range of transportation initiatives.

Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and holds both ME in Structural Engineering and BS in Civil Engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is affiliated with American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Mohawk-Hudson section and the Association for Bridge Construction & Design.
