Tony has 16 years of experience delivering roadway, pedestrian, bicycle, and complete streets projects across New York. In his role as Highway Group Leader and project manager at Creighton Manning Engineering & Surveying, a GAI company, Tony leads assignments from design through construction support, with expertise in corridor and intersection improvements, roundabouts, ADA-compliant facilities, multi-use paths, drainage, streetscapes, and public engagement.

A professional engineer licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Texas, Tony has led major transportation, downtown revitalization, and federally funded safety projects, including pedestrian upgrades at hundreds of locations.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a member of the New York State Association of Transportation Engineers.
