Heather specializes in aquatic plant and invasive species inventories, environmental and rare species habitat assessments, and permitting. She is also experienced in environmental compliance monitoring, water quality sampling and data analysis, and has a background in managing stakeholder surveys and writing grants, technical reports, and lake-management plans. In addition to local, state, and federal permitting for utility projects, Heather also has experience with critical issues analyses for proposed solar sites and projects regulated by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.

Heather holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and is a Certified Endangered Resources Reviewer for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
