GAI’s Community Solutions Group provided landscape architecture services for this mid-rise, mixed-use development in Orlando’s Health Village. The project was developed by Wood Partners.

This urban infill community is located on Orange Avenue in the heart of AdventHealth’s flagship Orlando healthcare campus, supporting the organization’s healing mission by supplying proximate housing accessible to healthcare professionals and the nearby SunRail Commuter Station. Landscape design elements feature generous streetscapes with outdoor retailing, an interior garden courtyard with a summer kitchen and dining space, and an exterior clubroom amenity space with pool, cabanas, firepit, and summer kitchen on the top level of the parking structure.
