Donna Zhao, PE Joins GAI Consultants’ Southeast Transportation Group

Orlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Donghang (Donna) Zhao, PE has joined the firm as an Engineering Manager in its Orlando office. A skilled roadway engineer, Donna brings 13 years of experience to the firm’s growing Florida Transportation business sector.

Highlights/Key Facts

Donna’s significant past projects include the SR 20 Reconstruction & Widening project for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 in Putnam County; I-75 (SR 93)/SR 64 Interchange for Florida DOT District One in Manatee County; and the I-4 Ultimate P3 for Florida DOT District Five in Orange County.
She specializes in roadway design, design calculations, and plans production for roadway improvement projects for clients such as the Florida DOT, Central Florida Express Authority, and Volusia County.
Donna holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
