First look at LaVilla’s master development plan

Jacksonville Business Journal – A draft of a development strategy study for the LaVilla neighborhood of Jacksonville, FL recommends that the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) pursue five key projects to encourage the area’s economic growth and opportunities.

GAI Consultants, working with development-study partners Rummell-Munz, Acuity Design Group, and Kittelson and Associates, held three public meetings for feedback on the subject in August and September.
