Pittsburgh, PA—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced the promotions of Stephen Gould, MBA, MS to Executive Vice President, and Karl Palvisak, CPA, MBA to Senior Vice President. Along with the promotion of Gould and Palvisak, the firm also announced promotions of 22 staff to positions ranging from Vice President to Associate.

The GAI employees who have been promoted to Vice President are David Bevilacqua; Steve Miller, PE; and Scott Hornsby, PE.

The professionals promoted to Assistant Vice President are Alexander Macmillan and Leah Tuscan.

GAI’s new Senior Associates include: Blake Drury, AICP; Robert Bee, PE; Gretchen Horn, MBA, PMP; Andre Sutherland, PE; Sylvester Asiamah, PE; Ronald Hoogland, PE; Nick Mousa, AICP; Brenda Bonilla, and Dan DePra, PE, BCEE, PMP.

In addition, Kristin Caborn, CPRE, FCP; Brittany Strobel; Darlene Owens; Keith Yoder, PE; Ronald Huey, PE; Matthew Bolyard, PE; Robert Baxter, PE; and Don Bender have been named Associates.
