GAI Consultants Announces Infrastructure Leadership Promotions in Midwest Region

Indianapolis, IN—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) is pleased to announce two promotions within the firm’s Midwest Infrastructure group. Kyle Pearl, PE, SE, Engineering Manager, has been promoted to Indiana Bridge Team Lead and Brian Craig, PE, Engineering Manager, has been named Indiana Road Team Lead.

“We’re thrilled to promote both Kyle Pearl and Brian Craig into leadership roles that capitalize on their knowledge and experience and ultimately benefit our clients,” said Scott Hornsby, PE, Vice President at GAI. “Kyle and Brian round out GAI’s Midwest Infrastructure Transportation team under the leadership of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) veteran Steven Walls, who joined GAI near the end of 2022 as Indiana Transportation Director to help expand our Midwest footprint.”

Mr. Pearl joined GAI in 2018 and has more than 12 years of project management and design experience. He has worked on a wide variety of transportation projects ranging from bridge rehabilitation to new construction and design build delivery. He specializes in structural analysis, design, and project management for State and Local bridge projects. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana and Structural Engineer in Illinois.

Mr. Craig has over 23 years of extensive engineering design and project management experience in various disciplines of transportation and civil engineering projects. He has designed, managed, and served as client liaison on numerous INDOT and Local Public Agency projects throughout Indiana. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana.
