GAI Consultants Welcomes Fourth Class to On-site MBA Program

Pittsburgh, PA—GAI Consultants (GAI) is pleased to announce the start of its fourth Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree class in partnership with Point Park University. The University’s on-site corporate MBA was launched in the fall of 2009, with GAI among the first businesses in the Pittsburgh region to take advantage of the program.

  • Through a collaborative partnership with Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA, GAI is able to offer an on-site corporate MBA program to high-potential employees.
  • GAI’s degree program was specifically designed with employee needs in mind, with course topics and projects related to the firm’s business and industry.
  • The accelerated, fully-accredited MBA program is a cornerstone of GAI’s in-house leadership development initiative and is open to all GAI employees who meet the minimum requirements.
  • Point Park University professors teach classes exclusively to GAI employees at the firm’s Pittsburgh office once per week, with telecasting via Skype for Business available for employees at other locations.
  • Students focus on one class at time for seven weeks per class.
  • The current MBA class includes 10 employees from five of the firm’s offices:
    • Pittsburgh-based Project Engineer Todd Wilson, PE
    • Indianapolis-based Director of Transportation Services Michael Wenning, PE
    • Jacksonville-based CEI Project Administrator Abraham Bah, PE.
    • Murrysville-based staff members Alexandria Brunstad, Project Technical Specialist; David Bevilacqua, Senior Director of Industry & Nuclear; and Tim Lonas, Civil Technical Specialist
    • Orlando-based staff members Peter Sechler, PLA, AICP, Senior Director; Abner Serrano, Senior EI; Aimee Shields, PE, Engineering Manager; and Jeffrey Tuell, PE,  Assistant Civil Technical Manager.
