Orlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Boyd Jenkins, PE has joined the firm’s Florida transportation team as a Senior Project Manager. Boyd brings more than 38 years of civil and transportation engineering experience for state, county, municipal, and private agencies. Based in GAI’s Orlando office, Boyd will focus on serving GAI’s new and existing Central Florida clients, including Florida Department of Transportation, District 5, and the Central Florida Expressway Authority.

Boyd’s design and project management experience includes a wide range of infrastructure projects, including local roadway, major interstate, bridge, rail, and waterborne transportation facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
