GAI Expands Community Solutions Group, Strengthens Service Offerings

Orlando, FL—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Jon Templin, PLA; Daphne Green, AICP; Ruby Cole, LEED Green Associate; and Gabriel Madej have joined the firm’s Community Solutions Group (CSG) to enhance its planning, landscape architecture, and urban analytics service offerings.

Jon Templin, PLA, joins GAI as a Senior Landscape Architecture Manager in the firm’s Orlando, FL office. Jon brings more than 18 years of experience in landscape architecture and planning for clients such as Polk County Parks, the City of Sanford, and Lake Nona. He holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and is a registered Professional Landscape Architect in Florida and North Carolina.


Daphne Green, AICP

Daphne Green, AICP, joins GAI’s CSG as a Project Planner bringing 5 years of experience in project management, comprehensive and strategic planning, health planning, and public involvement. In her role at GAI, Daphne will focus on parks system master planning for GAI’s municipal clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and environmental studies and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning, both from Florida State University. She is located in GAI’s Orlando, FL office.

Ruby Cole, LEED Green Associate, joins GAI as a Landscape Designer in the firm’s Charleston, WV office. She specializes in master planning and sustainable design. A recent graduate of West Virginia University, Ruby holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.


Gabriel Madej
Gabriel Madej

Gabriel Madej joins CSG’s Urban Analytics division as a Project Analyst. Gabriel leverages data analytics to conceptualize economic and demographic data for various geographic regions and creates actionable insights to assist clients in making informed business decisions. A recent graduate, Gabriel holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from the University of Florida. He is based in GAI’s Orlando, FL office.
