Kathy Leo, PE Joins National Engineering Firm, Bolsters Offerings

Orlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) expands its private development footprint in Florida and beyond by welcoming new Vice President and Director of Private Development Kathy Leo, PE. Tapping more than 20 years of leadership experience, Kathy will help drive GAI’s vision for serving the private development market.

With offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Palm Beach Gardens, and Tampa, GAI builds on our more than 30-year commitment to Florida through enhanced service offerings and strategic hires.
In her previous role, Kathy led national divisions for commercial, hospitality and institutional businesses.
Kathy holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida.
She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Florida Engineering Society, and a previous ASCE East Central Branch President and Florida Section Regional Vice President.
She is a registered professional engineer in Florida and will serve GAI’s clients from the firm’s Orlando office.
