Don Bender leads GAI’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, planning, and execution, guiding enterprise technology initiatives that support business growth, operational resilience, and organizational change. His background encompasses risk management, security and compliance, enterprise systems, and transformation, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions through modernization and innovation.

Throughout his career, Don has held senior leadership roles across IT infrastructure, Enterprise Resource Planning, and systems analysis, design, and development. He has led the implementation of global information systems and overseen core IT operations, including enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and critical business applications.

Don brings extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, supporting efforts from due diligence through post‑integration. He is a trusted partner to both business and technical leaders on business process design and systems integration initiatives and also brings strong financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost optimization, and profit and loss responsibility in support of effective technology planning and execution.  He is committed to aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes.
