Keith is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of engineering initiatives, developing project-delivery strategies to accomplish client goals, and leading multidiscipline teams to achieve consistently successful outcomes. He leverages more than 30 years of experience to facilitate solutions for clients that reduce cost and project time. With a successful history of practicing program management, Keith can implement sustainable engineering solutions for projects either simple or complex. Keith’s project experience includes design and permitting for resorts, water/wastewater infrastructure, residential and commercial land development, industrial facilities, airports, wind farms, retail shopping centers, recreation facilities, storm sewer networks and culverts, flood control and levees, roads and highways, bridges, building renovations, municipal government projects, and related bidding assistance and construction management. Keith also provides grant writing assistance, and has successfully obtained millions of dollars in funding for clients. He holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
