Project Manager, Stream Restoration

Kevin has more than 3 decades of experience specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, natural stream restoration, streambank stabilization, erosion and sedimentation (E&S) controls, and stormwater management, as well as general civil engineering and surveying. A licensed PE in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Virginia, he provides management, H&H design and analysis, permitting activities, construction coordination, and post-construction monitoring services for Natural Channel Design projects, culverts, channels, ponds, dams, stream encroachments, and impoundments in the mid-Atlantic and midwestern U.S. Kevin is a graduate of a 4-week training course on Natural Stream Restoration at West Virginia University with the West Virginia Department of Transportation, well-versed and trained in Rosgen principles taught through the Level IV. Kevin received his MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
