Larry Gendzier, Esq., MBA provides corporate and engineering risk management; specifically, contract review and negotiation, claim(s) investigation, and management. Larry served as an eminent domain senior attorney for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and represented private property owners for 20 years. He is a former chair of the Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee. Prior to his tenure with FDOT, he served as legal counsel for the Florida Real Estate Commission for seven years. Larry is a licensed Florida real estate broker and supports GAI’s real estate acquisition group in Florida. Larry is also a Certified Florida Circuit Court Mediator.
