Environmental Manager

Matthew White, MS specializes in environmental permitting and compliance; wetland delineations and stream identifications; on-site and desktop siting of linear and non-linear projects; and rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species consultations, particularly habitat and presence/absence surveys for birds.

Holder of a master’s degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife from Purdue University, Matt has successfully prepared and/or assisted with reports for the approval of Indiana, New York, Ohio,  Pennsylvania, and West Virginia state agencies; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore, Buffalo, Huntington, and Pittsburgh Districts; the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); the Ohio Power and Siting Board (OPSB); and the New York Public Service Commission (Article VII).
