Assistant Vice President Nick Mousa serves as GAI’s Director of Civil Engineering for Community Infrastructure and Jacksonville Office Leader. His career experience includes representing clients in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Nick is well-versed in both conventional and design-build project delivery and has successfully managed projects involving multiple disciplines—from due diligence through construction. Nick’s private-sector project experience includes all types of residential, commercial, urban infill, and institutional uses including healthcare and higher-education facilities. His public capital improvement project experience includes roads, bridges, parks, stormwater, utility, and waterfront infrastructure.
Having managed multiple design disciplines and represented both private owners and public agencies throughout his career, Nick is able to build consensus among project stakeholders, thus keeping projects on schedule and his client’s goals achievable. Nick is professionally licensed by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
