Shane draws upon an extensive civil engineering background to provide a range of facility site design and environmental permitting services, primarily for GAI’s natural gas and electric transmission clients. A project manager responsible for teams of staff drawn from all levels of the company, Shane’s wide-ranging work can include designing substation and compressor station sites, stormwater collection and detention systems, laying out erosion and sediment controls, helping fulfill environmental permitting requirements, and more.

Shane is a Professional Engineer licensed in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. He is a past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) WV section, where he remains an active leader. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University, West Virginia.
