William “Benj” Hurt, Jr. specializes in eminent domain appraisal, appraisal review and right‑of‑way acquisition. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Benj has also served in the government sector, including 17 years of management and supervisory experience. As manager of Orange County Real Estate, his responsibilities included oversight of the Title, Appraisal, Acquisition and Leasing sections, as well as processing items to the Board of County Commissioners for approval. He is a state-certified General Real Estate Appraiser and licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida.
