Plans filed for Wildlight UF Health facilities

Jacksonville Daily Record – Wildlight LLC filed plans with the St. Johns River Water Management District for the proposed University of Florida health and fitness facilities at Wildlight, the master-planned community in Nassau County.

Wildlight developer Raydient Places + Properties and UF want to build two medical office buildings and parking on 6.38 acres at Florida A1A and William Burgess Boulevard in Yulee.

Raydient and UF said in August they wanted to break ground next year.

Plans show a 23,331-square-foot medical office building and a future 5,888-square-foot building. GAI Consultants of Jacksonville is the agent.
