Working with city staff and the selected park vendor, GAI Consultant’s Community Solutions Group (CSG) has developed the conceptual plan followed by detailed construction documents for this arts, food and event based pocket park located at the corner of Orange Avenue and Robinson Street in downtown Orlando. The design and engineering team included Architects Rhodes+Brito, electrical engineers VoltAir, structural engineers BASE Consultants teamed with CSG to create a fun place to grab a morning coffee, afternoon snack or a game-time local draft.

With cutting edge video and sound capabilities, a stage for live events, and its gateway location, Art2 is destined to be a popular downtown pocket park for day and night activities. In just its first months since opening, Art2 has already become a popular hang-out for residents, particularly on game days for the hometown Orlando Magic and Orlando City Lions!

Following design, the team remaining engaged with the City for the duration of the construction period, providing detailed support and implementation assistance.
