GAI’s landscape designs complemented the character and style of the chain-restaurant building and the overall theme of the shopping center, and were part of the site planning, survey, infrastructure, and subdivision design services required to bring IHOP to a high-volume retail, restaurant, and hotel complex on the outskirts of the City of Pittsburgh.
