GAI is providing ongoing support for various projects at Martin County Airport. Projects have included JACIP assistance and grant management for FAA- and FDOT-funded projects, participation in quarterly ANAC meetings, update of the Airport Rules and Regulations and Minimum Standards Documents, preparation of a Conceptual Development Plan for a 22-acre site on airport property—as well as preparation of a stormwater drainage basin matrix to document the existing permitted development on the airport and the existing system’s capacity for future growth. GAI is also preparing Conceptual Development Plans for several airport parcels that will address stormwater management, site access, and restrictions for height and use—based on each site’s proximity to the airfield. Lastly, GAI is conducting a Noise Exposure Map update to determine eligibility of homes in Phases 3, 4, and 5 of the Airport’s noise insulation program.
