GAI designed a 35-acre captive coal combustion residuals (CCR) waste landfill to serve the power station for 20 years. Plans included stabilizing portions of an underground clay mine with fly ash and cement. After construction, GAI prepared and submitted certification reports that were approved within 90 days of submission.
