GAI Consultants’ Community Solutions Group (CSG) team has updated the Zephyrhills CRA Master Plan envisioning the area’s growth over the next decade. The work was completed hand-in-hand with a robust community engagement process. This action-oriented plan will focus on transformative projects to drive investment, enhance resilience, foster placemaking, and improve walkability and connectivity. The updated CRA plan is a clear, user-friendly document featuring an implementable matrix that outlines the area’s vision, goals, and objectives.

The plan includes several projects including a new stormwater park and restoring Zephyr Creek to improve stormwater capacity; a new greenway loop to link neighborhoods and key destinations; expanding the Main Street area; transforming Gall Boulevard into a vibrant, mixed-use corridor; and improving the historic alley system to enhance connectivity and functionality.
