Luther Forest Technology Campus is a 1,400-acre site that has been designed and pre-approved to accommodate up to 2 million square feet of pre-approved space for nanotechnology manufacturing and research and development. The campus is home to GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8, the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in the world.

Creighton Manning, a GAI Company,  prepared the transportation sections of the Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS) and assisted in the regulatory and site plan approvals. Creighton Manning designed and inspected the construction of 6 miles of new town roads through the campus including several roundabouts, three-sided culverts, multi-use path, complex stormwater system, and utility infrastructure.
