GAI’s Community Solutions Group has provided master planning and landscape architectural design services for the corporate office park at Lake Nona Town Center. This includes the Corporate Headquarters for Tavistock Development Company, the developer of Lake Nona.

GAI completed hardscape and landscape for the Office B and C buildings fronting Lake Nona Blvd, as well as the internal Marwick Lane shared space street and plaza and campus garden spaces. The landscape supports large and small gathering opportunities as well as events with festival lighting, food truck areas and other features. The design and materials are responsive to the contemporary buildings and Lake Nona patterns of lush plantings with an emphasis on water efficient, xeric landscape materials.
