GAI provided Master Infrastructure Planning, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture Design and Permitting, and Construction Administration Services for 50 acres of Orlando Health’s downtown Orlando urban healthcare campus. Over a ten-year period, we analyzed the existing facilities and future development scenarios in order to properly plan for, program, size, and design, water management facilities, infrastructure, and streets and open spaces to accommodate over $550 M worth of development. Projects completed under the direction of our planning services include a 10 story 190+ bed patient tower, expanded level-1 trauma center ED, medical office buildings, parking garages, a new central energy plan, and multiple new roads and streetscapes, pedestrian routes, and park spaces.
