GAI Consultants, Inc. (“GAI” or the “company”), today announced that Vice President Don Adams, PE, PTOE, has been appointed business sector leader of GAI’s New York transportation and infrastructure business sector Creighton Manning Engineering & Surveying, PLLC, a GAI Company (“Creighton Manning”), effective April 6, 2026.

As Business Sector Leader, Mr. Adams will continue to drive Creighton Manning’s growth in serving GAI’s New York transportation and infrastructure clients. His leadership is backed by 36 years of experience in engineering for complex transportation and site development projects.

Adams succeeds Co-Presidents John M. Tozzi, PE and Edward Woods, PE, who have transitioned into advisory roles with Creighton Manning.
