Orlando, FL – An affiliate of national engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP (“Creighton Manning” or the “company”), of Albany, New York.
Founded in 1965, Creighton Manning is an engineering firm focused on the transportation and transit markets. The Company is a leading provider of multidiscipline engineering, planning, and land surveying services to public sector and corporate clients focused on New York state.

- Morrissey Goodale served as financial advisor and Akerman LLP served as legal advisor to GAI in connection with the transaction. Wojeski & Company served as financial advisor and Phillips Lytle served as legal advisor to Creighton Manning in connection with the transaction.
