Archer Western, de Moya Group, BCC, and GAI Win I-95 Express Lanes Design-Build Phase 3C

Orlando, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI), together with Archer Western, The de Moya Group, and BCC Engineering, has won a design-build contract with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four for the Phase 3C segment of the Interstate 95 Express Lanes project in Broward County, Florida.
