On November 30, GAI was thrilled to host second grader Lily Futules for a job shadow in our Pittsburgh office. Lily, who sported a t-shirt stating “Forget Princess, I want to be an Engineer” for the occasion, aspires to be an Environmental Engineer. In addition to speaking with Senior Transmission Line Manager Gretchen Horn, MBA, PMP and Senior Project Engineer MaryBeth Berkes, PE, Lily was able to review site drawings, view photos of GAI projects, and take CAD for a spin to create a basic design. Lily shared that her favorite school subjects are math and computer class. She also loves animals and enjoys playing golf.
